Queen Mary 2 Cruise Ship Reviews

Having been long time P&O cruisers, but slightly despondent with the direction they're going larger ships etc we decided to try Cunard. It's how I remember P&O used to be 10 years ago. Staff were excellent, food and service fantastic. My only...

The whole experience of fly to New York spend a couple of days and cruise back on QM2 all organised through cunard was exceptional so my score would be 5 star but as usual after sales service for a gold standard customer...

I was expecting this voyage round trip from Southampton - New York - Caribbean - New York - Southampton to be wholly pleasurable and relaxing. It was not. Everyday there were small irritations about service or lack of, which cumulatively undermined the...

1st time I have cruised with Cunard. cabin was spacious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Always with a smile. Because of my food allergies, dining staff took care of my choices each night. Food was excellent. High light of...

Our Penthouse suite (9060) was fine but a little dated. Twice light fittings fell out of the ceiling and the shower flooded the cabin. The carpets were stained (pointed out by an officer attending during the clean up after the flood). The...

Had a fab time, ship was beautiful, staff were very polite and helpful, ports were lovely. We are not ones for entertainment but we loved the speakers and the musicians in the bars during the evening were excellent. Only wouldn't give a...
