Having been long time P&O cruisers, but slightly despondent with the direction they’re going larger ships etc we decided to try Cunard.
It’s how I remember P&O used to be 10 years ago. Staff were excellent, food and service fantastic. My only niggle was the Britannia Dinning Room, they food was ok, but the strict adherence to dress code wasn’t really visible, especially during the Gala Nights. We don’t normally do Gala nights, but being on the QM2 we thought “why not” its Cunard. People were wearing attire not even suitable for a non Gala Night. But that was the only slight disappointment on an otherwise excellent cruise.
