Precruise information very good.
Embarkation/Disembarkation very good.
All staff very helpful and friendly.
Cabin clean and well equipped, extra requested promptly attended too.
Found the day timetable rather limited, not a very varied offering.
Evening entertainment left a lot to be desired, not up to 4star quality.
Feels like a financial problem.
Dining room we found very dark and noisy although the organisation of the dine any time option was very well managed.
The food was of good quality but always served only warm and not hot as it should be on this quality of ship.
Plenty of staff about but somehow it did not work effectively at times.
Advertisements of speciality restaurants misleading as we thought there would be four but in effect three operate from the same area and are only available on set dates, so if you miss them, as we did, you miss out.
Visited the Italian one and although the food was very nice the service was rushed and again not up to four star standards.
The places to drink are okay except the Gin bar which appeared to be underused.
Still do not understand what the 15% surcharge on all drinks is for as the cost of providing this service is included in the cruise prices.
Feel that the ship is living on past reputation and that the theatre is very old fashioned.
All in all we will jot be rushing back to this ship.
