This was our first cruise with Cunard.
16th December to 28th December 2025 We took the choice of coach from Barnsley and requested seats at the front of the coach, because of walking difficulties but the reservation removed the only seats available when we boarded at Barnsley was all the back row and two seats next to back everyone squashed like sardines, no leg room, my husband had cramp and had to keep standing up on the coach.
First impression no stars.
0ver two hours before we reached our cabin waiting for help to board.
The cabin was very clean and cabin steward excellent, cabin quiet, it is an old cruise ship shower small and the old fashioned shower curtain.
The Captain was fantastic keeping ahead of a storm got us into Lisbon the evening before we should have docked.
Service, entertainment, and staff good.
Until Christmas Day meal terrible, took one hour fifteen minutes before main meal arrived after intervention from restaurant manager when it arrived it was COLD Christmas pudding and Brandy sauce COLD, they did give us a special meal
and a glass of wine, but no apologies from management.
Disembarking excellent and the reserved seat on the coach back to Barnsley excellent.
Would we go again with Cunard would think twice before saying yes.

food and service good until Christmas Day, the main meal took one hour ten minutes Maitre de intervened, when it arrived COLD it took unappetising followed with Christmas pudding and brandy sauce COLD, they gave us a special meal last night of cruise and glass of wine.
No apologies from management.
