Queen Victoria

Queen Victoria is a beautiful ship but Cunard are obviously cutting costs to recoup the money lost over Covid and standards have slipped.

The ship was about 60-70% full but the limited staff were overworked.

They were brilliant but few and far between.

Food in the Britannia Restaurant was OK but tasteless at times, desserts seemed to be out of a packet.

Breakfasts and lunches in the Lido were OK but lacked variety and choices seemed to be cut down.

We ate dinner in The Lido once and it was atrocious.

Overcooked, left to stew and hardly any choice.

No staff around.

Drinks prices are disgusting, $16 for a double Gordons gin and tonic …

outrageous! Apart from that, the ship and crew are are great but Cunard need to get their act together if they want passengers to book agai.

We won’t if they don;t.
