Embarkation was a bit of a mess told to go left but not where to stop we ended up a good way from where we were supposed to be.
On back tracking saw quite a few bewildered people.
Our cabin and steward was excellent.
We found the food in the dining room was served cold or barely warm, on complaining was told we could ask for it to be heated, I don’t think that is a great idea.
Very disappointing from Cunard.
On one night our table failed to have the drinks waiter come to the table despite being requested several times, the first 2 nights in the dining room were chaos.
