This was our 3rd cruise with Royal Caribbean and again we had a very enjoyable time.

Food is absolutely delicious with a great selection.

Staff are very friendly and very attentive.

Special mention to Ranley James in the concierge club and William Williams from Colombia at the pool bars/restaurant.

We had a suite which was very comfortable and well serviced.

However the toilet had seen better days and the toilet bowl was covered with grey scratches which apparently is the result of cleaning with harsh chemicals over time.

We still felt it unacceptable considering the money we had paid for a decent stateroom.

Carpets in some of the stateroom corridors need a really good clean (heavily stained in places) and the spiral staircases leading down to Decks 3 and 4 being a light beige colour showed every mark The $25 dollar charge for the specialty restaurants was a bit steep but we did enjoy the food in Giovanni`s and the Mexican restaurant .Did not try Izumi, and Choppes grill mainly served steaks.

Entertainment was good as well as the daytime activities.

Plenty of sunbeds available-although inevitably there were towels laid down all day around the Solarium which was a sun trap.

Self service restaurant Windjammer had a great selection of food but service was slow to clean tables and order drinks.

Overall I would recommend this ship despite the grubby carpets .

The all inclusive drinks package is worth it if you buy 4/5 drinks daily-much cheaper than paying at the bar where you end up with an extra 15% service charge plus the obligatory tip! Good selection of shops and bars in the “Street” and we enjoyed the English pub(when we could get a seat)
