We sailed to the med on this ship on the 13th of October, 2013 and on the whole it was a great cruise, the staff were brilliant, and the service was good, the food was also very good, and the ship really clean, they are really keen on cleanliness and hand sanitisers are all over the place, with staff making sure you use them when going into the dining rooms.
I only have one complaint…there was a constant judder on the boat, which I have never experience before, there is an obvious problem with the engine or something, at times it was like being on a ferry! I suffer from motion sickness at times and this concerned me, however I was ok, but at times the judder was so bad if you were reading a paper for example, the paper would be visibly moving.
The ship is due for a refurb, which I believe is happening in April, but until then, I would not sail on this ship.
