I have sailed with P & O since 2014, with no major problems.
Last year I sailed on Arvia and had problems with noise in the cabin, which
was ignored.
I have just returned from a cruise on Arvia, which was for my Granddaughters 18th birthday.
The standard on the ship was poor mainly due to lack of staff, especially in the adult only area when trying to order a drink, sometimes the queue was 15 deep, the same kind of thing happened in the Atrium when trying to order a coffee.
The Chef table was fine on the first night, but deteriorated on the second evening when the staff didn’t seem to want to be there.
I must say our cabin man looked after us very well and there are no problems there.
I will never sail on Arvia again.
