My husband and I sailed on Celebrity Infinity from Barcelona around the Canary Islands, Morocco and Spain.
Although the Infinity is an older ship we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of it.
We booked Aqua Class and love the dining experience in Blu.
The staff are in the main really attentive and friendly.
The service is excellent overall only let down in The Rendevous Bar where you often had to wait a while for drinks.
On one occasion we walked away with no service.
The cabin was kept beautifully clean and when we did have an issue ( a creaking above us) the response was first class.
The 11th floor on Infinity had decks above so in a couple of the high seas we really feel it.
Not the best cabin choice for bad weather.
(1118)Also to get to the Spa at the other end of the ship on Deck 10 you needed to go outside which in bad weather wasn’t great so we went down to 9 and then back up.
Given we expected to be close to The Spa on Aqua Class it was a little disappointing but we didn’t allow it to spoil the holiday.
We did several trips which were well organised apart from an hours wait to set off to Seville.
Wouldn’t go back to Casablanca though.
Very disappointing.
Great shows on board.
This was our fourth cruise on Celebrity and would be reluctant to choose an alternative as overall first class.
The booking of the cruises are a pleasure.
Our cruise specialist Erin has been amazing- so helpful, friendly and efficient.
Definitely recommend booking the future cruise on board which gives low deposit and flexibility to book up to 6 months and would always recommend Bolsover Cruises.
