Cruised 21 April 2022.
Arrived at Southampton Cruise Terminal at our allotted time to find a huge queue.
Checking in was lengthy and chaotic.
Boarding the ship was easy and our stateroom was clean and ready for us.
The Silhouette has gone through a refurb but which part of the ship was refurbished we do not know as it wasn’t obvious to us except for the Sunset bar.
There appeared to be a shortage of staff.
Our stateroom steward had a great deal of rooms to clean and worked hard.
We were in the minority of passengers wearing a face covering anywhere on the ship.
Each night the Blu restaurant was full rendering social distancing impossible.
Through the dedication and hard work of the staff the cruise was overall enjoyable.
One product of the lack of basic hygiene on the part of some passengers we came home with an extra addition Covid-19!
