Brilliant ship and brilliant entertainment, food good.
However, we hated the fiddly App and felt there were too many passengers for the amount of staff.
We found the virtual queues for dining were awful as the App kicked us out of the queue several times.
Having cruises with P&O many times before we miss things like the Captains welcome party, the Entertainment team welcome, the leaflet describing all the entertainment and bios of the performers.
Eg the aerialists and the Spanish ladies in the atrium were excellent but we have no idea who they were.
To sum it instead of feeling like a guest on a cruise we felt more like we were staying in a floating resort where we could go to events, but there was the hassle of having to book on the App and we felt more like one of a big number of people doing the same.
