Arcadia is now looking tired.
Staff worked tirelessly but were very understaffed.
We have travelled on this ship many times but found it “wanting””.
There were food shortages Sindhu restaurant was not open throughout cruise and long wait up to an hour for table for freedom dining.
Safety and cleanliness were well adhered to but overall not the usual P&O standard we are used to.
