After 50 cruises with P&O this one was the worst so far.The staff were wonderful as usual,which helped to make this trip bearable.
The entertainment was abysmal very few Headliners shows or guest artists.Whoever thought that Deal or No Deal was acceptable evening entertainment in the theatre has no idea about their target audience.So many passengers were complaining and very few turned up to watch or participate in this.This so called show was put on 3 times during this 2 week cruise,l spoke to the Entertainment staff about this and even they wanted us to complain to Southampton as the feedback was so negative and they felt embarrassed at having to host it.
We were expected to attend yet another deck party was on one night which is an excuse to sell more drinks.
The food has definitely deteriorated much less choice and poor quality ingredients.
Britannia is marketed as their flagship but definitely does not live up to expectations.
Sadly P&O this is not good enough l do now feel that Butlins as sea is a more appropriate marketing slogan.
