We did back to back cruises, sailing on the 10th December Christmas market’s, 17th December canaries.
We have sailed with P&O several times and these were the worst cruises we have been on.
The cruises were understaffed particularly in the dining rooms.
The app system for dining clearly didn’t work.
The app couldn’t cope either crashing or was turned off several times, resulting in chaos.
The only good addition to the ship is the quays ,the food was very good for fast food.
We won’t be sailing on Iona again unless they sort out the app system.
All passengers we spoke to felt the same way.
