We have just came back from our holiday, I found it very stressful we had to book everything from eating to shows on the app which kept going down so you could not book anything.
We are both in our 70s and not technically minded I don’t know why people think we should now all about this.
Point no2 we went to the restaurant zenith the female at the desk was very rude and arrogant and treated the restaurant staff the same way and we never went back because of that.
Point no3 SUNBEDS I thought it was 1 SUNBEDS each but people had sunbed on both sides of the ship one couple had beds in the front row and when they got hot they moved to there other bed in the back row it was annoying as we spent ages going around looking for beds.
We will not be back on arvia it put a damper on our holiday I give a low marks
