The ship had recently had a refit and looked very good, although the public area were cold.
Cabin and steward were great as always.
Not enough bar staff and waiting staff, waited a long time to order drinks, up to 30 minutes
in some occasions.
We pre-puchased the deluxe drinks package which was not what I call deluxe by any stretch.
Cocktails were very limited in selection and served in glasses half full and not as described.
I could get a large glass of wine costing£11.25 but couldn’t get a glass of champagne at £9.50, very
frustrating! I complained on board, but got no response.
We also didn’t receive a guest survey on disembarkation – they clearly don’t want to know what we think
