The check in was good.
The cabin itself was good the balcony was not clean paint splashes on furniture which was in need of renewing.
We booked this cruise mainly for the Scottish islands two of which were cancelled a third port of call Holyhead was cancelled without notice so we spent two days sailing round the Irish Sea and the English Channel.
The lunch menu was very poor, the dinner menu was not what have come to expect from P&O.
Having said that the waiters were very good, the cabin steward was good.
All of the little niceities have gone.
I cannot recommend P&O to anyone.
You have to buck up P&O because there are other company’s out there
