First time on Arcadia, lovely sized ship, good layout and design.
Very comfortable sea view cabin, plenty of storage.
Food was excellent, on a couple of occasions service was a bit slow but not a big deal.
Staff, brilliant as always, rude passengers? Yeah the odd one or two.
The only negative is that for some reason when passengers are tendered ashore Arcadia seems to have problems delivering an efficient service, not sure why it should but it’s a regular talking point.
Collecting a ticket when you’re ready to go ashore but then waiting 2.5 – 3 hours shouldn’t happen.
I’ve read many comments about Arcadia being scruffy, it’s a little tired in places, just needs a little TLC which I believe it’s going to get later in 2024.
If you go looking for issues on any ship you’ll find them.
All in all a very good cruise!
