Where do we start.

Food just awful in most places ,horizon just limited choices no fruit unless you like melon, food mainly off motorway service quality and no healthy choices.

The main dining restaurant was shocking so went else where to eat, went for breakfast and asked for avocado on toast i got a Mayo with green colouring, it was shocking.

sindu, went twice and both times’ food was disappointing strange mix of food and nan bread from asda.

epricean, went twice, first time we had halibut but the fish had been so over poached it was tasteless second time food was good but not great.

glasshouse a nightmare to get in as you have to go and book on the app ,when we did the food was dry like from a packet and on menu it had trio of pork which has suckling pig what i got was belly pork which was mainly fat yuk.

keel and cow , again a nightmare to get in and like glasshouse in a nosy area of the poor atruim.

food was good here and we had tomahawk steak service a bit slow though.

keel and cow should be were the Andersons bar and Andersons in keel and cow area.

6 street diner your america diner great for the fatties on board ,went once and deep fried heaven for some.

the olive grove.

ment to be Mediterranean type food, but it was just the worst food ever.

Bars.

Big issues here in all bars apart from Andersons bar (just how a bar should be on board with choices).

You cannot go to a bar and order a drink, you have to find a server with a iPad who takes your order and sadly the system may work for them but for us customers we have to wait and wait and wait for drinks they just don’t have enough guys behind the bars and waiters walking round serving/taking orders.

Drink choices was limited i and my wife love hendricks gin with a splash of tonic but on Arvia they push their own brand to you and it was poor and only place on the whole ship for choices of drinks was Andersons WHY P/O was there no choices of whiskey/gin/vodka/beer etc..

beer on tap was john smiths and moretti nothing else.

bottles of cider and other beers yes but they charges £5 plus for these wine choice was very poor as well.

Most staff members on board seem overworked and unhappy.

Cabin, was OK for us, and we picked the right area as most cabins have spa pools on the deck below and can be noisy.

Did not go to headliners as the shows are always poor, could not get into some areas as they were always booked.

Sorry P and O but this ship is too big and understaffed with no one to make a complaint to on board as the Indian crew just did not want to know ,never saw a ship’s officer on board.

Wi-Fi a big rip-off on the ship near 380 pounds for both of us.

The big saviour was the Caribbean islands, never took a tour with the ship as they overpriced used shoreexcursions.com and they were great

best bits of ship was as follows

Green and co, food amazing with sushi and vegetarian food but hidden away behind the Quays kitchen so was empty all the time

the quays for breakfast

Andersons bar

Crows nest

Sunset bar (sadly closes at 10pm why)

a lovely man and wife singers from tortola(great voices)

casino/brodies

Cabin steward(worked his socks off)
