For the first time after cruising with P&O for over 15 years I returned home feeling disappointed.
The service in the restaurants was overall terrible and shambolic.
Keeping up with demand in the buffet restaurant was poor, hence often left guests waiting for items to be trilled.
Messages from the bridge or other could only be heard on the cabin if the door was held open..
The good things were the excellent reception staff and the fantastic shows in the theatre.
The disembarking procedure was awful but not helped by the ship docking back at Southampton 4 hours late for some reason..
So overall very disappointing.
