There was a lot of illness on board which seriously affected our cruise experience as many things were closed.
We were on a back to back and had to leave the ship inbetween cruises in order for them to do a deep clean which didn’t work.
We were left to wander around Southampton for 4 hours, picking up goodness knows how many germs to take back on board.
Very dissatisfied with the way we were treated.
I had an allergic reaction to a chicken pizza ordered from room service which badly affected my appetite thereafter .
I returned with a dreadful cough which I can’t shift.
Even the captain and his family were taken ill.
I will never set foot on Ventura again!
