Positives.

Beautiful ship, easy to get around, leaving and getting aboard easy, nice sized balcony, sofa bed made the room in the cabin a little tight.

Staff were excellent but appeared stressed and over worked.

I dont see the obsession with the sunchairs, when theres a shortage of sunbeds.

Sky dome seems not fit for purpose, the accoustics are terrible, again chairs around the pool.

Smoking area deck 18 outside the doors near the lifts is the wrong place, smoke sucks into the ship.

The app is good but pre-booking before you board isn’t fair.

Theatre too small, often again fully booked, yet people didn’t all attend, it should be 1st come 1st served.

Mdrs food was ok but limited, service was slow.

Buffet on the otherhand was excellent both for choice and quality.

The grab and go, and Quays were great, these helped minimise the people in the buffet.

Out side bars closing after 6;30, in the Caribbean is stupid, not all people want to be inside a cold ship, in a warm climate.

Twice we were charged for purchases we didn’t have, we asked for extra luggage labels, which didn’t arrive, but then told after confronting guest services for a 3rd time, to leave our luggage outside, unlabeled, even though it stated we shouldn’t.

It sounds like we weren’t the only ones.

Overall Arvia lacks the personal touch we’ve been accustomed to with P&O.

Sadly the ship isn’t for us.
