The trip was nice staff was friendly.
Did not like that they have done away with the trays in the horizon as I use a walking stick so found it hard to carry items and there was only one staff to help and a ship that has a lot of older people who need help.
Problem with cold water in cabin it was running hot did go to reception a few times but is was still doing that till end of trip.
I have always gone on P&O but must say that this time I think the service is not up to stranded
