Had an enjoyable holiday but weather was very disappointing 3 sunny days!!! Had a nasty fall whilst onboard & had to visit Medical Centre.
Doctor there was superb so gentle & caring, had X-rays & he said I’d fractured my shoulder!! He made arrangements for me to go to the local hospital in Tenerife the next morning where they agreed with his findings.
Both agreeing an operation would be needed but could wait until I returned meanwhile had to wear a support.
Didn’t stop my enjoyment but did feel there was a lack of customer service after with no offers of help especially with disembarking.
Feel P&O are lacking in the care of their loyal passengers
