We have just returned from a disappointing voyage on Arcadia.

The three places we chose this holiday for were cancelled, Faro islands, Shetlands, and Holyhead.

No Port talks or leaflets on the ports we called at, no info whatsoever, and no indication of whether this was a permanent change.

We visited Edinburgh tendering at Newhaven.

No information was given apart from a couple of trips you could take.

We found our own way to Royal Yacht Britannia which was a bonus for a rather disappointing place.

We also had a very hairy trip back on a tender with only one engine which made several attempts to come onto the ships pontoon.

The booking system for Freedom dining mostly didn’t work.

Meals were cold, and the waiters removed plates before some at the table had finished theirs.

Generally staff were rushing us.

On the last night instead of a live show they put on a film in the Palladium which lasted 2hours 22 mins.

Who was going to watch that at 10.30pm when we had to be out of our cabins by 8am Communication on board was poor There were no specialist restaurants and no explanation was given as to why.

Ps up to now there has been no questionnaire from P&O to fill in and after 19 trips with P&O we are very very disappointed.
