What a difference a year makes.

Sailed on the same ship 2023 and saw a vast difference, not in service as the staff work tirelessly.

Thank goodness for them as I blame management.

Our favourite is the Glasshouse.

So disappointed as most of the wine menu they didn’t have and to top it up they didn’t serve food for half of the week.

Apparently technical issues but the chef had been moved to another area – short staffed!! Then New Year’s Eve in Manhattons the service was dreadful.

Again not the staffs fault, but management as they were short of staff.

People were moaning they had to wait so long for a drink, it really spoilt our celebrations.

Some of the buffet areas were closed at their busiest time.

Again people were complaining.

There were six of us in our party and four of us introduced a couple to P&O.

First timers and their last.

They really didn’t rate the ship at all.

If 2023 was the same as 2024 we would never have rebooked.

So disappointing that P&O are cost cutting and the price of their cruises aren’t going down.

Sadly I think it will be a while before we book another with them unless I read that things have improved!!!
