First time on board Arvia, and probably the last.
The positives were:
It’s a lovely, well designed ship,
There are good variety of restaurants onboard ,
The relatively cheap cost of the holiday.
The negatives were:
Although we knew it was a family friendly ship we weren’t prepared for the number of kids on board.
Children running around in bars – particularly the Atrium late into the evening.
The booking system, The booking system, The booking system – you get the picture!!
The lack of hygiene measures on board – no compulsory hand gelling in the buffet – although we didn’t use this because of these issues – and the food quality
Some of the food on board wasn’t what we have experienced on P&O before.
Still Marco Pierre White menus are lacking in quality food – why bother with this anymore just get your brilliant chefs to do something better than the norm for gala nights
