Liked the ship, loved the food, staff very friendly.
Have cruised with Princess Cruises 10 times before but I hated the Medallion App – it was stressful during the booking process, it was unreliable during the voyage.
Sometimes it worked, screen often froze while trying to use it and sometimes impossible to log on.
Long queues at Medallion App help desks.
Popular dining times in main restaurants were booked out weeks before cruise started and when we tried to book speciality restaurants once we were on board it was impossible to find any available slots in our chosen restaurants although some spaces did seem to become available as the cruise went on.???Why.
Unlikely to book Princess again even though I am a Platinum Member purely because of the App.
