Clearly the ship has a major staffing problem, service almost everywhere was very slow, no meal availability in the Glass House, all speciality restaurants were allegedly fully booked throughout the entire cruise, once per day cabin staff attendance, serious decline in food choice and often luke warm, many occasions of drinks machines broken down, ship decor very shabby in parts and excessive cases of Covid 19 onboard.
