First trip since pandemic, couldn’t quite believe the cutbacks.
Arriving at the terminal with no porter help with luggage to witnessing a very stressed member of staff in the theatre urging passengers to take a seat for disembarkation.
Very unprofessional manner in the way she spoke.
Cabin was tatty with two drawers broken & unusable.
Choices on the evening menus depleted with soups & dessert sauces watered down.
Teenagers running about in the evening being a nuisance with no parent control, nor policing from staff.
Football shirts & inappropriate dress seemed abundant.
Guest speakers & entertainment very good & trips enjoyable.
Waiting staff polite in the dining rooms.
All in all not the luxury holiday we once enjoyed.
