We are quite content except, having given my credit card details prior on line check in, this was confirmed at boarding check in. I was refused service on board until I had registered a card. No account was taken that I had both on board credit and a shareholders benefit. To get served, I had 25 minutes of activity, at 87 not ideal. My complaint is why was I not requested to just register a credit card at my earliest convenience . All else was fine
