Ship excellent (although for us we considered too big and too many people on board).
Food good (although buffet not as good as other cruise lines), wine prices were reasonable compared to other cruise lines and our cruise fare was very good.
However, we considered there to be too many ‘add ons’ on board (e.g.
paying for dated entertainers which we have never experienced on other cruise lines; paying additional amounts for room service etc).
Although we were very pleased with cabin steward we were very disappointed with the dining and bar service.
In these areas the staff were surly, slow and unhelpful (even to the point of rudeness).
