P&O officers and staff let themselves down very much on this cruise.
I spent at least two days of my holiday trying to do the paper work for the barbados and then the british immigration with no help from P&O.
I was not on my own as many other people were in the same boat.
P&O just expected every one to have a smart phone and an email address which not everyone had there was a lot of unhappy people on the ship.
If the officers didn’there job half as good as the room staff and all the other staff on the ship this would not have been a problem .
Must try harder
