Having cruised with P&O 25 times I have to say how terribly disappointed I was with this cruise.
The ship feels tired.
Standards on board regarding dress codes in eating areas and condition of public toilets have dropped to an unacceptable level.
Leakages and out of order seems to be the norm.
Next to no covid measures in place.
Once only we’re we hand sanitised ( Caribbean lunch), and we observed the majority of people entered the Horizon without washing hands.
Completely overcrowded.
Total dissatisfaction.
