We had a fantastic time on Britannia the only downside we was not told about our cabin or right below smokers area.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get out in the balcony that much..
getting on and off britannia was absolutely fantastic.The staff were very helpful and friendly as dad was in a wheelchair .
Our room could have done with a bit of a cleaner there were marks on the curtains.
I’m a cover for the sofa needs to be replaced In the shower, the pipe had rust on it..
But we all did have a lovely time, and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
They will go out of your way .
The staff at bolsover are always very helpful and would do whatever they can to help with your cruise or any queries that you have would recommend them to anybody.
