P&O can never get it right!!!! They’ve gone from giving you a buzzer ( which can take up to 50 minutes to get seated) to having to install an App on your Phone to book either Dining, Shows etc….Also most couples want to dine as couple not sat with strangers.
You have to join a Virtual Queue.
Half the time you can’t get it to register & if you’re lucky enough to register if you dont keep refreshing it.
I don’t want to walk round like a demented teenager looking at my Phone for Hours on end.
Absolutely ridiculous.
The food was never hot, only Luke warm most of the time.
Some of the Staff were really good but the majority were downright rude.
The Ship is definitely ready for a refit.
Some of the furniture was shabby.
