The actual cruise was excellent ; but the only disappointment was from yourselves as the Booking Agent.
I specifically contacted you and requested a vegetarian meal for the flights, even giving you my seat number and your Agent confirmed to me over the phone that this had been applied.
However, whilst on the flight, the Stewardess told me that there had been no requests made to them for a vegetarian meal.
This was most disappointing as I had to sacrifice a main meal and the afternoon tea during the flight.
