We have been cruising with P&O for more than 10 years.
There have been reductions in services on every succeeding cruise.
This time it was the omissions of a couple of bottles of water in the cabin, no after-dinner chocolates and no small chocolates in the cabin in the evening.
I would need a full A4 sheet of paper to list all of the omissions over the years.
Nearly all small items, but they make a difference to the experience of cruising.
What will P&O take away in future.
Maybe biscuits, maybe slippers? The entertainment in the theatre was not up to the usual standard apart from the Headliners who always work tremendously hard.
(Eric and Ern were appalling.
The tap dancing was pathetic.
As usual the restaurant staff were brilliant – courteous and helpful.
Cruise R305 called at some good ports which we enjoyed.
We feel that it’s probably now time to approach a different cruise line after being faithful to P&O for so many years but continually receiving a reduced service.
