We have cruised for many years and on a number of cruise lines felt we had 2 major issues with this cruise.

The first was Toulon.

At no point was it made clear that the ship didn’t dock in Toulon until a couple of weeks before when it was announced that it would cost £20 per person to transfer there.

The fact we were Select was irrelevant.

Many people were very unhappy and I now noticed that it is no longer being advertised as Toulon!

My second moan is disembarkation.

We were given 8.15 to 8.30 to gather at the theatre.

All fine and we were actually on the coach by 8.30 because the ship was running early.

Sadly everyone did not seem to get the memo because we were still sat on the coach 2 hours later waiting for people who seem to have thought you got off at 9 or 9.15 or even later! P and O need to make it much clearer on the info in a big bold font what time each group should be leaving the ship.

We have 2 further P and O cruises booked with you this year and while we are looking forward to them we do feel that in general they are not as good as they were.
