We had a very good cruise.
The room was excellent and the staff, as always, were very good and friendly.
I would have given a 5-star rating if it had not been for the future cruise team, or at least the person who told me there were no window rooms on deck 4 for the cruise in March next year.
So, we ended up booking a room that we did not really want, but were told that the rooms were selling fast.
However, when we got home and checked, there were actually over 15 rooms left on deck 4, and even more on other decks.
I asked if we could change our room to the one we wanted on deck 4, but was told that it was not possible.
Furthermore, they denied ever saying that there were no rooms available on deck 4.
I am not happy with this situation and waiting for P&O to get back to me before deciding what I am going to do.
We have been cruising with P&O for over 20 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened.
