Arvia – Beautiful ship.
Does anyone tell you that a smartphone & IT facilities are essential before a cruise holiday? So many problems with booking restaurant and shows etc for every night.
I understand this is probably the way forward BUT hundreds of people stressed out – couldn’t understand the system, needed help, had long queues + 100 people outside restaurants, virtual queues, people who had booked but booking had disappeared into a digital no mans land.
So so many people had an extremely poor start to their holiday.
Insufficient staff in the early days to assist with IT.
