The cruise was OK, but the attention to detail was missing.
We elected for formal dining, a table for 6 but was 4 of us.
Service was very hit or miss, my starter was not served with others and when I asked the waiter he said that it was on its way, but after the second request it appeared.
This happened on two evenings.
The final account should have been delivered to our cabin during our last evening on board but it wasn’t.
There was a long queue at reception on departure so we left.
In fairness when I contacted bolsover after our return the account was forwarded to me.
The days out were well organised particularly to Paris full marks to the guide.
