Overall I was disappointed with the ship.
It looked ‘tired’ and the public toilets were shabby with chipped paintwork.
I also never saw anybody cleaning them.
The cabin was clean enough but just looked ‘tired’ and old.
The two main restaurants both had the same menu and on one night the service was dreadful! We waited over 30 minutes before a waiter even approached the table and the whole experience took two hours with one 1 glass of wine and we had to ask for water repeatedly.
Finding a seat in the main buffet was a challenge also.
It took ages to be served at the bars and the entertainment wasn’t of a great standard either.
We had the ultimate beverage package (part of the booking package) but essentials such as water, soft drinks and tea/coffee weren’t included! We were charged 4.50 dollars for a small bottle of water.
We really enjoyed the royal caribbean ship we went on last year but I’m afraid we won’t be going on a Norweigan ship again anytime soon!
