MSC Virtuosa

Let down by princess after 30 odd years.

Elite status.

Really enjoyed fun ship virtuosa.

Great shows.

Great food.

Nice staff.

Never board.

Chaotic embarkation and disembarkation.

Chaotic safety drill.

Get these right and we’ve switched.
