This was booked as a two night cruise.
Cabin wasn’t fully ready for use until the second day i.e.
no tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast in the dining room was not available until 09:30 and then serving brunch only.
Consequently, the Buffet was absolute chaos.
Complained at reception and was told that we could have had breakfast delivered to our cabin foc on the fantastica package.
We just had to read the information in our cabin and complete the appropriate form.
As our cabin wasn’t completed and fully ready for use we had no such information or form to complete.
Bars were chaotic and we were unable to sit down and enjoy a drink.
Restaurant service was very mediocre and ran out of time on both nights to serve tea and coffees.
Basically, if I had to sum up MSC on this cruise, I would say “everything is too much trouble”.
