The entire crew was welcoming, pleasant and quick to respond to any requests.
The food in the Rost restaurant was exceptional and suite cabin was comfortable, quiet and well appointed.
The only problems were weather related.
The only significant complaint relates to the really uncomfortable, unclean and unewlcoming Clarion Hotel Bergen which was used by the cruise line as its embarkation location.
