Organisation of trip was was excellent.
Air France from birmingham to Paris to Santiago went smoothly.over night hotel was excellent .
Transfer to cruise ship was good.
Organization on the boat & the attention of all staff was superb.
Food was great.
The only down side was the cost & the content of some of the tours, some of which were very lacking in content & very waste of time.
Over all the scenery in chile was spectacular, glaciers were great, making this a trip of a life time.
Loved buenos aires, Montevideo, & especially found the Falklands interesting
