The embarkation was a problem at check in, there was no cabin allocated, the staff said it was cancelled, after a long conversation the records were updated and our cabin was available, the lady was very helpful in sorting it out.
The cabin had a strange basin design it sloped down and there was no plug only a a slit for the water to drain away.
The ship is rather dated, a small shop so saw that in 5 minutes.
The entertainment was good, the waiters were good, the food was good, although we had 3 course meals not 4 as stated in the brochure, only on tv could we view the menu for cabin service, the breakfast had a form in the cabin so we assumed it was only breakfast available until the last day when we browsed the tv.
There was nowhere to have a coffee or tea after breakfast at 10.30, unless we paid in the coffee bar, so not impressed as buffet didn’t open until lunchtime.
I would try another Fred Olsen Cruise but another ship.
