Transfer from airport to port of departure/vice versa was quite tiring – 3 hours.
Ship was quite old, but had recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
Dining was a pleasure, although menus could have been a bit more varied.
Waiters & their assistants were “on the ball”.
Although face masks should have been worn in theatre and casino, drinks were allowed in those areas, this requirement was not enforced; in fact drinks were being sold at entrance to the theatre, which did not help, as those getting drinks thought because they had a drink they did not have to wear their masks; those that did comply felt uneasy because of the lack of protocol.
Letters were sent to cabins stating there were a few cases of Covid on board and passengers should always wear masks in theatre/casino, but situation did not improve and management still continued to sell drinks at entrance to the theatre.
